Visitor parking is a shared amenity intended to support guests visiting Sky Gate residents.
How Visitor Parking Works
First come, first served
Visitor stalls are available on a first come, first served basis — no reservations.
One pass per residence
Each residence is issued one visitor parking pass. It must be clearly displayed at all times.
Short-term use
Visitor parking is intended for short-term guest visits, helping ensure fair access for everyone.
Hosting Guests
Residents are responsible for their guests and their use of visitor parking.
If additional parking is needed:
- Side-street parking is available nearby
- Availability may vary depending on time of day
Fair Use & Availability
Visitor stalls are for visiting guests only
Residents may not use visitor parking for their own vehicles
Please be mindful of other residents who may also have guests
Important reminders
- Vehicles must display a valid visitor pass at all times
- Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be subject to towing
