Trades & Service Access

Guidelines for contractors, service providers, and maintenance personnel working at Sky Gate.

Welcome to Sky Gate

We appreciate the work trades and service providers do to help maintain the building and support residents. To ensure safe, efficient, and coordinated work across the property, all trades are asked to follow the check-in process below.

Check-In Requirement

All trades must check in with the Caretaker upon arrival.

  1. 1 Attend the Community Room to check in
  2. 2 If the Caretaker is not immediately available, send a message or follow posted instructions for contact
  3. 3 Confirm the scope of work and location before proceeding

This helps ensure:

  • Awareness of active work on site
  • Coordination with other contractors
  • Resident safety and minimal disruption

During Work

While working on site, please:

Follow all posted building guidelines and signage

Keep work areas clean and safe at all times

Avoid blocking access routes, entrances, or parkade lanes

Minimise noise and disruption where possible

Respect shared spaces and amenities

For any questions related to work authorisation, scope of work, scheduling, access to units or common areas, or building systems — contact Proline Management Ltd.

Proline is the authorised property management company for Sky Gate and coordinates all strata-related work and approvals.

Important — scope of work

  • The Caretaker provides on-site coordination only.
  • The Caretaker does not approve scope changes or authorise additional work.
  • All approvals and work direction must come through Proline Management.

Emergencies During Work

If an urgent issue arises during work (e.g. water leak, safety hazard, system failure):

  1. 1 Take immediate steps to secure the area if safe to do so
  2. 2 Notify the Caretaker if available
  3. 3 Contact Proline's emergency line as required
