For building emergencies that are not life-threatening (flood, elevator entrapment, garage failure, etc.), call the Proline after-hours emergency line.

Building Emergencies

Call 911 if life is at risk — then Proline's emergency line for building issues.

Fire

Activate fire alarm, evacuate immediately, call 911

Medical emergency

Call 911 immediately

Flood / burst pipe

Shut off water if safe to do so, call Proline emergency

Sewer backup

Stop using all fixtures, call Proline emergency

Elevator entrapment

Use elevator emergency phone; call Proline

Garage door failure

Call Proline emergency — do not force entry

Power outage

Check your unit breaker; call Proline if building-wide

Security breach

Call 911 for an active threat; Proline for door/lock issues

Roof leak

Move belongings clear, call Proline emergency

Storm damage

Stay inside and safe; call Proline for structural damage

Hazardous spill / gas leak

Evacuate the area; call 911

Non-Emergency Issues

These situations are not urgent — use the Resident Portal during business hours:

Noise complaints

After speaking with neighbours, report persistent noise via the Resident Portal.

Minor maintenance

Dripping taps, burnt-out hallway lights, minor repairs — submit a maintenance request in the portal.

Parking questions

Visitor registration, parking inquiries, and unauthorised vehicle reports all go through the portal.
