Highstreet Double Warranty™
All Sky Gate homes are covered under Highstreet's 2-4-10-20 Double Warranty — double the BC statutory standard of 1-2-5-10. Coverage commences on the earlier of first occupancy or transfer of legal title. Owner-caused damage, normal wear and tear, and failure to mitigate damage are excluded.

Owner Obligations
These obligations apply to all buildings and all warranty periods.
Duty to Mitigate
Owners must take reasonable steps to prevent damage from worsening. Failure to mitigate may reduce or void a claim.
Written Notice
Defects must be reported in writing to Highstreet promptly. Late notice past the coverage deadline may result in denial.
Coverage Exclusions
Neither warranty covers owner negligence, unauthorized renovations, owner-supplied materials, pests, acts of nature, or normal wear.
