Convenient shared charging for Sky Gate residents and visitors.
Overview
Sky Gate offers four public EV charging stalls located on the main level of the parkade (Stalls 83–86).
These are Level 2 chargers (approximately 6.2 kW) — ideal for everyday needs such as topping up while at home or during a visit.

How to Use
Charging sessions are managed through the EVduty mobile app, which handles access, usage, and billing.
- 1 Download and open the EVduty app
- 2 Select the Sky Gate charging station
- 3 Plug in your vehicle
- 4 Start your session through the app
Charging is billed through the EVduty platform based on current rates.
4-Hour Time Limit
To ensure fair access for all residents, each charging session is limited to a maximum of 4 hours. Vehicles remaining in a charging stall beyond this limit may be subject to towing.
Charging Etiquette
These chargers are a shared resource. Please help keep them available and working smoothly:
Move your vehicle promptly once charging is complete
Do not use charging stalls for parking without actively charging
Be mindful of others waiting to use the chargers
Report any issues with equipment or access via the Resident Portal
Important notes
- Charging stalls are for active charging only — not general parking.
- Do not leave vehicles plugged in longer than necessary.
- Follow all posted signage and current strata rules.
- Rates and policies may change over time — check the Resident Portal for updates.
Issues or Questions
