Overview

The SkyGate Fitness Centre is designed to support a wide range of fitness goalsβ€”from quick daily workouts to full strength and cardio routines. The space includes a balanced mix of equipment for cardio, resistance training, and functional movement.

Using the Fitness Centre

    Wipe down equipment after use

    Return all weights and equipment to their proper place

    Limit workout time during busy periods

    Ensure guests follow strata rules

    Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment

During peak times, please be mindful of others and share equipment.

Safety & Courtesy

    Use equipment responsibly and within your ability

    Wear appropriate footwear at all times

    Avoid dropping weights or excessive noise

    Be mindful of others sharing the space
