Welcome to Sky Gate! We hope you enjoy your stay. This suite is a shared community amenity — please treat it with the same care and respect as your own home.
During Your Stay
- WiFi is available for your use
- The suite includes a queen bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, and TV
- This is a quiet residential building — please be mindful of neighbours
Occupancy
- Maximum 2 adults in the suite at any time
- Guests must be hosted by a Sky Gate resident, who remains responsible for the stay
Important Rules
To ensure comfort and safety for all residents:
- No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes or similar devices anywhere in the building, suite, or on the grounds
- No pets permitted in the guest suite
- Keep noise at a respectful level at all times
Parking
- Visitor parking may be used during your stay
- A valid parking pass must be displayed at all times
- Street parking is limited and not guaranteed
Shared Building Etiquette
Sky Gate is a community of residents. Please:
- Be respectful in hallways, elevators, and common areas
- Do not allow unauthorised entry into the building
- Follow all posted signage and building guidelines
Before You Leave
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Before departure, please ensure:
- All personal belongings are removed
- Garbage is disposed of properly
- Bedding, towels, and personal items are removed
- The suite is left clean and tidy
- Mattress protector is returned (laundered) to the caretaker
Access & Keys
- Access devices (keys, fobs, parking passes) are provided through your host resident
- Please return all items as instructed at the end of your stay

911 For life safety emergencies, call 911 first

Issues During Your Stay
If something isn't working or needs attention:
- Contact your host resident in the first instance
- Issues may also be reported through the Resident Portal
